Key skills for this role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Santa Fe office who thrives at the intersection of construction expertise and client advocacy. This role is designed for a current Architect, Civil Engineer, or Construction Estimator who is looking to pivot their "real world" field experience into the PropTech space. You must be comfortable working on-site at our Santa Fe office to collaborate closely with the local team.
As a high-growth startup, we operate with speed, autonomy, and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality. This is not a traditional corporate role; you will be an early and vital member of the team, helping us build the playbook while we fly. You should be someone who is energized by ambiguity, excited to wear multiple hats, and ready to have a direct hand in shaping the future of a venture-backed SaaS company.
You will serve as a strategic partner to U.S.-based multifamily property owners, guiding them through our software to optimize property management and renovation workflows. You will be responsible for analyzing key property documentation to generate accurate renovation proposals and ensuring that project deliverables align perfectly with client expectations.
Tailorbird is revolutionizing the real estate and construction industries with a platform that uses generative AI and advanced building modeling to create a unified source of truth for real estate data. With more than $20M raised from world-class investors including NFX, Fifth Wall, and Bloomberg, we are scaling rapidly. Our technology is already used by more than half of the top 50 developers in the U.S., and we are accelerating the way renovation, acquisition, and pre-construction decisions are made. We are a global organization with distributed teams across the U.S., Latin America, and India. Our headquarters is located on the Princeton University campus in Princeton, NJ. We are builders, innovators, and problem-solvers united by our belief that technology can radically improve how the built world is designed and delivered.
