Role Overview
Pattern is seeking a Customer Success Manager to become a strategic partner to enterprise ecommerce clients across the region.
The role owns the full client relationship from onboarding through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
The role shares client insight with product and marketing teams.
Workplace
- This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 10 to 20 clients through onboarding, training, revenue growth, and product adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and ambassador for Pattern with assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Ability to manage strategic relationships with enterprise ecommerce clients.
- Ability to own client relationships from onboarding through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Experience or capability in driving revenue growth and product adoption across client accounts.
- Ability to communicate customer insight to product and marketing teams.
