The Role Own expansion revenue for Teamup, the calendar trusted by over 5 million users that helps businesses organize schedules, resources and teams for efficient operations at any scale.

You build the systems that identify the accounts that should move upmarket, then sell into them: high-velocity, consultative, and light-touch, helping customers solve their problems better with Teamup.

This is a doer role on a flat team.

The Opportunity

• Build the commercial playbook from scratch for a beloved platform of 5 million monthly active, highly engaged users: the signals, the plays, the motions, and the systems that become how the company predictably expands Responsibilities
• Build the AI-powered systems that do not exist yet: account signals, upgrade triggers, and the playbooks
• Identify the problems we can solve and the accounts that should move upmarket, then sell into t hem by video call, in-app, and email
• Build onboarding for high-potential customers and the activation motion that turns them into durable long-term customers
• Develop predictable, reliable systems to spot and close upsells inside everyday customer interactions
• Build a feedback loop into our AI onboarding experience
• Turn successful customers into advocates: referrals, reviews, and stories that feed the flywheel Requirements
• 5+ years in expansion sales, account management, or customer success at a product-led SaaS company
• A track record of carrying and hitting an expansion or retention revenue target
• Deep product fluency: you learn tools fast, demo live, and answer hard questions without a solutions engineer
