Sabbar is offering a 6-month Customer Success Internship in Riyadh, where you will manage enterprise accounts, drive onboarding, monitor account health, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, becoming the trusted partner for HR, Operations, and Business leaders
- Drive onboarding for new clients, getting them to their first hiring win fast
- Monitor account health and usage, proactively spotting risks and opportunities
- Run strategic check ins and reviews that uncover client goals and translate Sabbar's AI into measurable hiring impact
- Deliver high impact reports and presentations showing clients how AI is transforming their hiring
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Maintain accurate account records and health metrics through HubSpot CRM
- Represent Sabbar in client meetings and business reviews to deepen relationships

What you will do

- Monitor account health and usage, proactively spotting risks and opportunities to keep clients growing and renewing.
- Run strategic check ins and reviews that uncover client goals and translate Saud's AI into measurable hiring impact.
- Deliver high impact reports and presentations that show clients exactly how AI is transforming their hiring.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs and sustained growth.
- Maintain accurate account records and health metrics through HubSpot CRM, focusing on retention, engagement, and expansion.
- Represent Sabbar in client meetings and business reviews to deepen relationships and expand every account's success.
