Univer seeks a commercially minded Customer Success & Growth Consultant to drive growth of EdTech products. You will combine customer success, consultative sales, business development, and product implementation.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of go to market strategies for Univer’s EdTech products across the UAE, GCC and other priority markets.
- Identify, approach and qualify prospective university, school and education sector customers.
- Build and manage a pipeline of institutional opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, closing and implementation.
- Conduct product demonstrations, discovery meetings and needs assessment sessions with prospective customers.
- Translate product features into practical outcomes related to student recruitment, counselling efficiency, student engagement, learning, conversion and institutional performance.
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, pilot plans and commercial offers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, implementation and early stage adoption.
- Develop clear implementation plans, including timelines, responsibilities, training requirements and success measures.
- Deliver platform onboarding, demonstrations and training sessions for university teams, school leaders, counsellors, administrators and other users.
- Build trusted, long term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Monitor customer activity, platform usage, user engagement and adoption levels.
- Identify opportunities to increase the commercial and strategic value of existing accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Approximately four to eight years of experience in business development, customer success, institutional sales, account management, solution implementation or a related commercial role.
- Experience working with schools, universities, education providers or EdTech organisations is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience selling or implementing digital platforms, SaaS products, education solutions or technology enabled services.
- Experience managing the customer lifecycle from prospecting and demonstration through onboarding, adoption, renewal and growth.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution based selling.
- Excellent presentation, product demonstration and relationship management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Arabic language capability is highly desirable.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for customer meetings, institutional visits, events and implementations.
