Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of users and partners, ensuring a positive experience with Creative Galileo’s products and driving long term adoption
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide proactive support through email, phone, and digital channels
- Monitor usage and satisfaction metrics, identify at risk accounts, and coordinate with product, content, and technical teams to address feedback
- Support onboarding activities, contribute to customer education materials, and participate in initiatives that enhance customer retention and loyalty
Requirements
- Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support, with ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally
- Experience in Customer Retention and Account Management, with focus on building long term relationships and encouraging continued product usage
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, track performance metrics, and generate insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clear written and verbal English; additional languages are an advantage
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Dubai, with strong time management and self organization skills
- Driving license is a must

Role Description
- This is a full time Customer Success Executive role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home flexibility.
- The Customer Success Executive will manage a portfolio of users and partners, ensuring a positive experience with Creative Galileo’s products and driving long term adoption.
- Day to day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support through email, phone, and digital channels.
- The role involves monitoring usage and satisfaction metrics, identifying at risk accounts, and coordinating with product, content, and technical teams to address feedback.
- The Customer Success Executive will also support onboarding activities, contribute to customer education materials, and participate in initiatives that enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support, with the ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally.
