Role Description

  • The Customer Success Consultant is a contract, on site role based in Riyadh, responsible for ensuring customers achieve their learning objectives with Berlitz Saudi Arabia.
  • Day to day tasks include onboarding new customers, understanding their training needs, and aligning Berlitz solutions with their goals.
  • The role involves monitoring programme performance, analyzing participation and outcomes, and proactively addressing issues that may affect client satisfaction toward improving customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
  • The consultant will handle ongoing communication with key stakeholders, provide progress updates, and recommend adjustments to maximize the impact of training programs.
  • This position also requires close collaboration with internal teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and reporting, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Relevant undergraduate degree/ tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales and/ or marketing
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (Minimum Berlitz L5) and native fluency in Arabic
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong customer engagement and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long term client relationships.
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret program data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with corporate clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at various levels.
  • Account management capabilities, including managing multiple clients, prioritizing needs, and ensuring timely follow up.
  • Experience in corporate training, education services, or customer success roles is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on site in Jeddah, manage a dynamic workload, and adapt to client requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
