- Proactively address issues that may affect client satisfaction
- Handle ongoing communication with key stakeholders and provide progress updates
- Recommend adjustments to maximize the impact of training programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and reporting
Requirements
- Relevant undergraduate degree/ tertiary qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales and/ or marketing
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (Minimum Berlitz L5) and native fluency in Arabic
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong customer engagement and customer satisfaction skills
- Solid analytical skills to interpret program data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with corporate clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Account management capabilities, including managing multiple clients, prioritizing needs, and ensuring timely follow up
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah

Role Description
- The Customer Success Consultant is a contract, on site role based in Riyadh, responsible for ensuring customers achieve their learning objectives with Berlitz Saudi Arabia.
- Day to day tasks include onboarding new customers, understanding their training needs, and aligning Berlitz solutions with their goals.
- The role involves monitoring programme performance, analyzing participation and outcomes, and proactively addressing issues that may affect client satisfaction toward improving customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty.
- The consultant will handle ongoing communication with key stakeholders, provide progress updates, and recommend adjustments to maximize the impact of training programs.
- This position also requires close collaboration with internal teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and reporting, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Relevant undergraduate degree/ tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales and/ or marketing
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (Minimum Berlitz L5) and native fluency in Arabic
- Proficient in MS Office applications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
