Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and ongoing support

- Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for improvement, retention, and growth
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues

- Track customer feedback and provide insights to support product and service enhancements
- Prepare reports and updates on customer health, performance, and key metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, client services, or related role
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and relationship management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
- Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools is an advantage
