Overview

  • Full Time, Mid Level / Senior Level position
  • Responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long term customer success

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and ongoing support
  • Understand customer goals and provide recommendations to maximize the value of products and services
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for improvement, retention, and growth
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, operations, product, and support teams, to resolve customer issues
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions with clients
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve satisfaction and retention rates
  • Track customer feedback and provide insights to support product and service enhancements
  • Prepare reports and updates on customer health, performance, and key metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a related role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
