- Lead, coach, and support a team of Customer Success Consultants to achieve performance goals
- Develop and implement customer success strategies that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks or concerns
- Oversee customer onboarding, adoption, and account growth initiatives
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to enhance the customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management on customer success performance and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service, or a related role
- Previous leadership or team management experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and performance metrics
