Overview

  • We are looking for a talented Customer Success Consultant Manager to lead customer success strategies, manage key client relationships, and help customers achieve maximum value from products and services.
  • This role focuses on customer engagement, retention, account growth, strategic consulting, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage customer onboarding, engagement, and long term success plans.
  • Understand customer goals and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and business value.
  • Conduct customer reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Support teams.
  • Collect customer feedback and translate insights into improvements.
  • Develop customer success strategies to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Support and mentor customer success team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or Client Services.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and provide solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving mindset.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and customer success tools is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
