Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Consultants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive retention, engagement, and account growth
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks and opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic consultations with customers
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to optimize customer journey
- Oversee onboarding, adoption, renewal, and customer advocacy programs
- Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service and product improvements
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer success performance and business outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement of customer success processes, systems, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar customer facing role
- Previous leadership or team management experience highly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight)
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Customer centric mindset with passion for delivering outstanding service
