We're Hiring: Customer Success Consultant Manager

  • We're looking for a dynamic and customer focused Customer Success Consultant Manager to lead customer success initiatives and empower a high performing team.
  • If you're passionate about building strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and developing people, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Customer Success Consultants.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and long term success.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as a strategic advisor.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to enhance the customer journey.
  • Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Establish best practices, workflows, and success metrics for the customer success team.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights on customer engagement and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Customer first mindset with outstanding problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and trends.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing high performing teams.
