Customer Success Associate

Experience in an administrative, customer support, supplier support, reporting or coordination role.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Confidence working with data, dashboards and trackers to monitor progress and identify anything that needs attention.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive approach to following up actions, asking questions and keeping colleagues and stakeholders informed.

Good attention to detail and confidence checking information for accuracy.

Ability to prioritise workload, manage deadlines and follow agreed processes.

Comfortable attending meetings, taking notes and following up on agreed actions.

A collaborative approach, with the ability to support colleagues and contribute to a high standard of service.

Curiosity and a willingness to learn about Aura's clients, suppliers, processes and technology.

Comfortable using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint, with an interest in using tools such as Copilot.
