Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through timely and effective communication.
- Gather customer feedback insights to improve the customer experience.
- Audit customer calls and analyze lead data for trends and improvement areas.
- Review low-rated feedback, address concerns, and identify service enhancements.
- Support advisor engagement activities and performance analysis.
