CCAT – a 15-minute assessment covering verbal, numerical and logical reasoning

EPP – an untimed profile looking at your preferred working style

You’ll have a short Microsoft Teams conversation with someone from our Talent Acquisition team.

We’ll learn more about you, explain the role and answer your questions.

If you progress, you’ll meet members of the Customer Services team for a more detailed interview covering your experience, customer approach and problem-solving skills.
