- Shift: 7:30-4:30 with a 1-hour meal break. While this is the standard schedule, some flexibility with days and hours may be available.
- AHF Products has a job opportunity for a CSR/Warehouse Associate to be located in Silverthorne, CO. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the CSR/Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day sales activities of the branch.
JOB DUTIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.
- Greet customers, answer phones, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Process customer orders accurately and maintain order status updates.
- Communicate order status, ETAs, and delivery information to customers.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with sales representatives, managers, and team members.
- Schedule deliveries and complete assigned projects and administrative tasks.
- Process shipping, receiving, inventory transfers, cycle counts, and related documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, organize stock, and operate material-handling equipment as needed.
- Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification or willing to obtain certification.
- Distribution environment experience preferred.
- Good basic math skills (including ability to take accurate measurements).
- Proficient with Windows based computer applications.
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and clients.
- Ability to perform well in a detail oriented, fast paced environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequently, working in extreme weather conditions (hot and cold).
Occasionally, you will be expected to lift up to 50-75 pounds.
Occasionally, working outside for a certain period of time.

Compensation range = $21 - $26/hr
