Customer Service Support Overview
Dhabi Enterprises Establishment seeks a Customer Service Support representative to handle client inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams for marine chemicals, oil field products, and shipping industry supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules for marine chemicals and oil field supplies
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch
- Provide basic technical information about marine chemicals and oil field products as requested by clients
- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents to customers
- Track order status and provide regular updates to customers on delivery progress
- Maintain accurate customer records and update contact information in the company database
- Assist in resolving routine order discrepancies or delivery concerns
- Coordinate with internal departments including production, quality control, and logistics to fulfill customer requests
- Support accounts receivable team with follow-up on outstanding payments as needed
- Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor
