Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or institute (hospitality, commerce, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar customer facing or client servicing role
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to coordinate effectively
