Job Overview

  • Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for a prestigious academy in Qatar.
  • This role focuses on building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and affiliates while ensuring exceptional service quality.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with management to develop business strategies, enhance operations, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture professional relationships with new and existing clients, stakeholders, and business affiliates.
  • Address and resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with counsellors or instructors in charge.
  • Gather client feedback, document interactions, and present actionable reports to management.
  • Tailor customer interactions to meet specific needs, ensuring a personalized and high quality service experience.
  • Collaborate with management to develop customer service programs that drive business growth and meet targets.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance both onsite and online operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institute (hospitality, commerce, or a related field preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar customer facing or client servicing role, with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) with a pleasing personality.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to coordinate effectively.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
