About the Role

Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and provide updates throughout the order lifecycle
- Maintain regular communication with customers, responding to queries and requests
- Work closely with the Commercial Team and other departments to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Prepare and issue order confirmations and proforma invoices
- Keep customer and order information up to date and accurate
- Support the wider Customer Service team as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service, customer care or administration role
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- A proactive, reliable and customer focused approach

Customer Care Specialist

- As our new Customer Care Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our Commercial Team and delivering an excellent customer experience from order receipt through to completion.
Key responsibilities
