Job Scope

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service & Sales Support with 5–7 years of experience.
  • The role supports sales operations and customer service activities.
  • Requires strong experience in order processing, CRM, sales coordination, and SAP.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and follow up activities.
  • Support customer account management.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Track sales performance and support achievement of departmental targets.

Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

SAP Business One Administration

  • Create and manage sales quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and customer master data in SAP.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure data integrity within SAP B1.
  • Generate operational and sales reports using SAP Business One.
  • Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill customer orders.
  • Support process improvements and system optimization initiatives.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for customer and sales records.
  • Support management with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
  • Hands on experience with SAP is mandatory.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, or related B2B industries is a bonus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules related to Sales, Inventory, and Customer Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer centric mindset with strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
