Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and follow up activities
- Support customer account management

- Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Job Scope
- We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service & Sales Support with 5–7 years of experience.

Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with quotation preparation, order processing, and follow up activities.
- Support customer account management.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Track sales performance and support achievement of departmental targets.
Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
SAP Business One Administration
- Create and manage sales quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and customer master data in SAP.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure data integrity within SAP B1.
- Generate operational and sales reports using SAP Business One.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill customer orders.
- Support process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems for customer and sales records.
- Support management with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
- Hands on experience with SAP is mandatory.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, or related B2B industries is a bonus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules related to Sales, Inventory, and Customer Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer centric mindset with strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
