Customer Service & Sales Executive – Events and Balloons

Overview

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website, Google, and other online channels.
• Reply to customers quickly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, baby showers, and other occasions.
• Suggest suitable balloon decoration packages and services.
• Share prices, photos, package details, and availability with customers.
• Follow up with customers and close deals.
• Confirm orders and collect all required details such as date, time, location, theme, colors, and customer contact information.
• Coordinate confirmed orders with the decoration/team operations department.
• Maintain proper order records and customer details.
• Handle customer complaints or changes politely and professionally.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Support social media customer communication and lead conversion.
• Keep good communication with the team to ensure smooth order delivery.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English.
• Arabic speaking is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, customer service, social media handling, or event-related business is preferred.
• Must be confident in chatting and speaking with customers.
• Ability to convince customers and close orders.
• Basic computer/mobile skills.
• Must be active, responsible, polite, and organized.
• Knowledge of balloon decoration or event services is an advantage, but training can be provided.
