About the Role
Doctor Call Healthcare Service LLC seeks a Customer Service Executive for its Home Healthcare team in Al Barsha. You will handle patient calls, schedule services, register patients, and coordinate with operations.

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients, families, nurses, and doctors
- Schedule and coordinate home care services, doctor on call, and nursing visits
- Register new patients and maintain accurate records in the system
- Follow up with clients regarding service confirmation, feedback, and complaints
- Coordinate with operations and nursing teams for shift allocation
- Ensure timely communication of service updates and changes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times
- Prepare daily call logs and service reports
- Do billing in EMR system and coordinate with the accounts team
- Manage Petty cash
Requirements
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work flexible shifts including morning and night shifts and weekends
- Ready to join immediately
- Previous experience in home healthcare or customer service is an added advantage
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare operations is an advantage
- Professional attitude with a patient focused approach
