Customer Service Representative - Toronto

Hourly Salary: $17.80

Fast-paced, customer-focused work environment.

Must be comfortable interacting with customers throughout the shift.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational requirements.

Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

Must be comfortable working with parking equipment and transaction systems.

Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience , preferably in parking, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing environment.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience handling customer transactions and different payment methods is considered an asset.

Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and technology.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions.

Ability to remain professional and provide effective solutions when addressing customer concerns.

Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Bilingualism ( English and French ) is considered a strong asset.

Results-oriented individual with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
