Customer Service Representative

Job Requirements

• Provide an exceptional service to all of Nobel Biocare and Implant Direct customers, ensuring it is a positive experience every time.
• Provide technical support and advice on the implants product range.
• Maintain complete awareness of and compliance with financial rules, terms and conditions of sale, and any other relevant governing policies and guidelines.
• Manage a high volume of phone traffic whilst juggling numerous tasks and competing deadlines.
• Refer non-routine matters to the Customer Services Manager or relevant Sales Manager.
• Processes sales orders, quotes, returns, credits, warranties, repairs invoicing and any adhoc requests.
• Operating Company:
• Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. An Agency must obtain advance written approval from Envista's internal Talent Acquisition or Human Resources team to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully-executed contract approved by the Global Talent Acquisition leader and in response to a specific job opening. Envista will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement and written approval in place.
