Customer Service Representative - Smackover, AR

• Accept orders from customers via email, and fax

• Review sales order to assure that all required customer information is included

• Maintain and manage customer files

• Coordinate orders with production and transportation

• Assist customers with problems such as trucking, delivery, billing etc.

• Order management for offsite locations

• Perform job tasks for both Cross Oil and Martin Lubricants

• Verify all information between the customer and sales force regarding billing, shipping, pricing of all products (Martin Lubricants)

• Verify freight rates

• Answer phone, direct calls and take messages

• Trouble shooting in various areas

• Scan documents to RVI

• Prepare and communicate to management customer data reports

• Must have the ability to work at a quick pace and multi task.

• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills

• Perform other duties as assigned
