Responsibilities
- Assist walk in customers and understand their building material requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and provide accurate pricing information.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders using the company's billing system.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stock availability and deliveries.
- Follow up with customers on quotations and pending orders.
- Maintain good relationships with contractors, technicians, and regular customers.
- Ensure products are displayed properly and the showroom remains organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to management.
- Process cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain proper records of sales transactions and customer information.
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming materials when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
- Knowledge of preparing quotations and invoices is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly attentive to details and capable of multitasking
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
