- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, or Customer Support roles
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and customer handling abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service platforms
- Full flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
