Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through inbound and outbound communications
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow established processes, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Meet individual and team performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, or Customer Support roles
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and customer handling abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service platforms
  • Full flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
