a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a manufacturing environment, focused on order management, customer support, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer quote requests and purchase orders.
Convert quotes into sales orders.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management on technical and commercial inquiries.
Provide customers with product information and transaction support.
Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, policies, and procedures.
Build strong customer relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business.
Meet departmental KPIs and performance targets.
Handle returns (RGAs), credits, and customer complaints.
Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of B2B customer service experience or a college degree.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong math, analytical, and technical aptitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience
with:
D365 (Erp And Mrp)
Order management systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows-based software.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing industry experience.
Spanish bilingual skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and product expertise.
