Role Overview

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and on time while complying with company policies.
• Consolidate short-term forecasts and orders from customers and distributors for the Demand Chain Planner.
• Coordinate with Finance and customers regarding overdue items before dispatch planning.
• Register and track complaints in the CRM, including complaint confirmations and 8D reports.
• Monitor finished-goods inventory levels at warehouses.
• Track customer and BDM forecasts and follow up on orders.
• Complete export documentation and coordinate bookings with customs house agents and forwarders.
• Track proof of exports for physical exports and SEZ shipments.
• Manage letter-of-credit documentation and drive CSL implementation with customers.

SAP Responsibilities

• Maintain customer sales prices in SAP.
• Process sales orders, debit and credit notes, and return orders, including availability, allocation, and credit-limit checks.
• Enter orders on the back-order list and prepare order confirmations and dispatch details.
