About Your Role

As our Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to manage end-to-end order processing, customer coordination, inventory tracking, and logistics execution.

The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely shipments, and smooth customer experience across sales and supply chain activities.

About Your Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including receiving orders, entering purchase and sales orders, confirming prices, and issuing order confirmations to customers.
  • Coordinate logistics and shipments with carriers, including equipment arrangement, scheduling loading/unloading, and tracking shipments through delivery.
  • Ensure accurate product availability by managing stock levels, forecasting inventory activity, and supporting current and future order requirements.
  • Prepare and handle all related documentation, including samples, shipping, clearance documents, invoicing data, and product paperwork.
  • Monitor and maintain customer, supplier, product, and pricing data within ERP systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers on pricing, schedules, shipment status, and order-related inquiries.
  • Review customer Letters of Credit (LCs), prepare required documentation, and ensure timely and accurate submission to banks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in order-to-cash or order-to-invoice cycles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, Oracle JD Edwards
