Role Overview
The Customer Service Representative, Order Desk Management role processes orders for industrial, specialty, and medical products and services.
The position supports Territory Managers, Inside Sales, and operational teams from order entry through fulfillment.
Digital and AI-assisted tools support accuracy and efficiency, while judgment and communication remain essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide account information, order updates, and customer support to Territory Managers and Sales teams.
- Use digital platforms and AI-enabled tools to retrieve information and improve workflow efficiency.
- Review system recommendations before finalizing orders, updates, and customer communications.
- Maintain customer records, order documentation, reports, and issue logs.
- Support month-end activities, cycle counts, compliance, and audit processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Credit, and Customer Service teams.
- Identify workflow gaps and participate in process, system, and tool improvements.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is suitable for the role; post-secondary education in business, administration, logistics, or a related field is an asset.
