About the Company
CARSTAR Hawkestone is an auto body shop with more than 20 years of service to clients and the community.
The shop restores vehicles to pre-accident condition and works with insurance providers and rental companies.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative manages the front desk and supports clients through the auto insurance claims and vehicle repair process.
This is a full-time, permanent role in Mississauga, Ontario.
The salary range is $19 to $24 per hour depending on experience.
The tentative schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Core Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, listen to their stories, and help them feel at ease.
- Support estimators with claims documentation and resolve customer queries using FAQs.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and keep customers updated throughout the claims process.
- Update vehicle owners on repair timelines.
- Process insurance payouts, collect deductibles, and ensure paperwork is accurate.
- Arrange rental cars and coordinate vehicle pick-ups.
