- Process and execute customer orders and quotations in accordance with departmental procedures
- Handle incoming internal and external customer calls and inquiries
- Provide general customer service and sales support
- Maintain customer account data and sales databases with current and accurate customer requirements
- Liaise between customers and internal departments to support accurate and timely fulfillment
- Identify customer issues or constraints and escalate appropriately for resolution
- Assist with preparation of pricing review materials for management consideration
- Support documentation and follow‑up related to customer contracts and agreements
- Assist with new customer account setup and administrative maintenance
- Follow up on samples, quotes, and web inquiries as directed to support opportunity development
- Provide limited, task‑based operational support to Inside Sales teams as needed
- Participate in training, coaching, and development activities to build foundational understanding of systems, processes, and general product awareness
- Associate degree or 2+ years’ sales-related experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP/CRM related software preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer‑focused with strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (green card holder) due to ITAR compliance
- Displays enthusiasm and Passion for their work
- Works to the standard of Uncompromising Quality by meeting or exceeding stated objectives and embracing continuous improvement
- Exercises sound Business Judgement , ensuring that efforts are on track with the Company’s goals
