• Resolve customer issues accurately within defined timelines and deliver high First Contact Resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in internal systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and customer experience targets.
• Follow project timelines and service-level agreements when working directly with customers.
