Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative works under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor.
The role supports prospective test takers, end-user clients, and partner organizations with Paragon tests and instructional materials.
The position is full-time in Toronto, Ontario.
Work Schedule
- Work five eight-hour shifts between Monday and Sunday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
- Rotating weekend shifts are required.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service through email, telephone, and online chat.
- Process registrations, transfers, cancellations, and other customer requests promptly.
- Promote Paragon tests and instructional materials to test takers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Refine procedures for effective test and instructional-material delivery.
- Provide input to registration and reporting database updates.
