- Explain treatments, upsell packages/scrubs, convert inquiries to bookings
- Manage appointments on Fresha, follow ups, feedback, rebooking
- Liaise with doctors, therapists, billing; keep flow smooth
- Basic Instagram DM replies and Google review requests
Requirements
- 1 2 years UAE experience in salon/clinic/hospitality front desk
- Confident, smiling, well groomed demeanor
- English plus Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil language skills
- Computer and WhatsApp Business proficiency
- Own visa/spouse visa with NOC or company will provide

Role Overview

Your Role
- Front Desk Star: Welcome walk ins, handle bookings, calls, WhatsApp inquiries
- Sales + Care: Explain treatments, upsell packages/scrubs, convert inquiries to bookings
- Client Journey: Manage appointments on Fresha, follow ups, feedback, rebooking
- Coordination: Liaise with doctors, therapists, billing. Keep flow smooth
- Social Touch: Basic Instagram DM replies, Google review requests
You Must Have
- Experience: 1 2 yrs UAE in salon/clinic/hospitality front desk
- Vibe: Confident, smiling, well groomed, can handle all clients
- Language: English + Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil. Arabic is a huge plus
- Skills: Computer + WhatsApp Business
- Visa: Own visa/spouse visa with NOC/ company will provide
- Timings: 10am–9pm, 6 days/week, 1 day off. Split shifts and straight
Pay
- From AED2,500.00 per month
