- Support sales by communicating with customers and improving conversion
- Maintain professional communication under high workload pressure
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of orders and interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service within e commerce platforms (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Arabic language is mandatory, English is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Diploma or higher
- Must be based in Riyadh (on site role)
