Job Overview

  • We are hiring a professional Customer Service Representative with e commerce experience to join our team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries across platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Zid, and official communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and platform related issues efficiently.
  • Monitor order flow, shipping status, and follow up with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational and customer issues.
  • Support sales by communicating with customers and improving conversion.
  • Maintain professional communication under high workload pressure.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of orders and interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service within e commerce platforms (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Arabic language is mandatory, English is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Diploma or higher.
  • Experience in sales or upselling is a plus.
  • Must be based in Riyadh (on site role).
