- Handle customer communication professionally through walk ins, phone calls, and emails
- Provide clear guidance and operational instructions to customers
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth customer service operations
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to customer transactions
- Support day to day administrative and operational tasks assigned by management
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required
- Maintain a positive, professional, and solution oriented attitude at all times
- Support process improvement initiatives and adapt to operational changes when required
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, front desk, administration, or receptionist experience preferred
- Candidate must be able to commute daily to our office located in Dubai Industrial City using own transportation arrangements
- Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
- Well organized with good time management and prioritization ability
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced operational environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and customer information
- Professional customer handling and conflict resolution skills
- Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and manage workload under pressure
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team oriented mindset
