Job Overview

  • We are hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR) for Espada Business Center in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with company formation, visa, and business setup inquiries
  • Handle customer requests professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain client records and documentation
  • Follow up with clients regarding applications and service updates
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in customer service, business setup, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
