Job Description

  • DocFlow is looking for a Hindi speaking Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our team in Dubai.
  • The role is for someone who can support customers in Hindi and English, handle inbound and outbound calls, explain DocFlow’s e invoicing platform clearly, and help customers with onboarding, basic platform questions, and follow ups.
  • The person will also support sales inquiries, customer follow ups, lead qualification, and coordination with the internal team when customer issues need technical support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in Hindi and English.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and support tickets.
  • Help customers with onboarding, account setup, login issues, invoice flow, and basic platform usage.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and explain DocFlow’s services, pricing, onboarding process, and product features.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow ups with leads, prospects, and customers when required.
  • Collect customer requirements, company details, invoice volume, and business needs.
  • Record customer issues, feedback, sales inquiries, and support interactions in the company system or CRM.
  • Escalate technical or product related issues to the relevant internal team.
  • Follow up with customers until their issue or inquiry is resolved.
  • Support Hindi customer communication, FAQs, onboarding messages, and support content when required.
  • Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluent Hindi communication skills are required.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Urdu communication skills will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, helpdesk, sales support, telesales, or a customer facing role is preferred.
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, support ticket systems, and web based platforms.
  • Willingness to learn about DocFlow, e invoicing, fintech, VAT basics, and digital finance processes.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain product information in a simple and clear way.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, accounting software, ERP, telecom, banking, insurance, or compliance related services is an advantage.
