About the Role

  • Fly High Fitness is looking for a professional, energetic, and customer focused Customer Relations Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member enquiries via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and face to face interactions.
  • Assist members with membership enquiries, registrations, renewals, freezes, cancellations, and general account requests.
  • Provide accurate information regarding memberships, classes, facilities, promotions, and club policies.
  • Resolve member concerns and complaints promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Customer Experience Manager when required.
  • Maintain accurate member records and update the CRM/membership management system.
  • Assist with daily front desk operations, including member check ins and visitor enquiries.
  • Support the sales team by identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into memberships.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Follow company SOPs and maintain confidentiality of member information.
  • Contribute to achieving departmental service standards and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Front Desk, Hospitality, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM or membership management systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
