Tech Market, a fast-growing electronics e-commerce company, is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and drive sales. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of consumer electronics.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and politely
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and live chat
- Provide accurate information about smartphones, laptops, tablets, gaming devices, smartwatches, earbuds, and related accessories
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on budget and usage
- Explain product specifications, features, warranty terms, and pricing clearly
- Assist customers throughout the sales process and convert inquiries into successful sales
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Update customer records, orders, and conversations in the CRM or order management system
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams regarding product availability and delivery status
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, device launches, and market prices
