Flomic Balikbayan Cargo is looking for a friendly Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and shipment concerns. The role involves phone, WhatsApp, and social media engagement, including occasional live promotions on Facebook/TikTok.

- Support marketing activities when needed.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Update customer records and prepare basic reports.

Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Confident and presentable on social media live
- Good communication skills in English (Tagalog is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, TikTok & Instagram
- Energetic, friendly, and customer oriented
- Must be currently based in UAE
