Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Respond to customer questions professionally in both Arabic and English
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and customer complaints efficiently
- Manage customer orders and updates through Shopify
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports
- Use Microsoft Office applications for daily administrative tasks
- Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, draft customer responses, generate reports, and streamline workflows
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and represent the Clothivia brand professionally
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic & English (speaking, reading, and writing) – Mandatory
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using Shopify
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Previous customer service or e commerce experience is preferred
- Currently residing in Qatar is an advantage
