Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher
We are a trusted local leader in indoor heating, cooling and plumbing, proudly serving Northern Virginia since 1979. As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you'll be an important part of our friendly team, helping both our residential and commercial customers each day.
What You’ll Do
Answer and handle inbound customer calls for scheduling service and maintenance
Place daily outbound calls to customers as needed
Accurately document customer information in our system
Assign and dispatch technicians based on location and schedule
Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
- Typing speed of 70 wpm
- Comfortable managing a high volume of calls
- Know your way around Northern Virginia’s main locations (or eager to learn!)
- Strong communication and accuracy in data entry (we use Service Titan)
- Team player with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous call center experience
- Previous HVAC or plumbing industry experience
- Experience with dispatching software
