Join our Petro Division team at our Innisfail Agro site as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatch!
We are seeking a motivated professional who excels in delivering outstanding service and contributing to a positive work atmosphere.
Position: Customer Service Representative And Dispatch
Part-time: 24 – 36 hours per week.
Eligible for benefits after 3 months.
If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and address concerns in a timely, positive manner.
- Be familiar with and adhere to Central Alberta Co-op policies and procedures.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette.
- Follow start-of-day and end-of-day procedures and complete proper documentation.
- Handle sales transactions and manage office supplies.
- Process fuel and bulk lube orders accurately, dispatch orders efficiently, and complete daily fuel reconciliations.
- Collect and provide accurate information to internal and external customers.
- Operate equipment safely and responsibly; perform general housekeeping duties.
- Collaborate with Ag and Petroleum Division teams to enhance operational efficiency and best practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
