Customer Service Representative & Cylinder Dispenser Operator

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who will also serve as a Cylinder Dispenser Operator to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality customer service. The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and courteous assistance. This position involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently. The representative acts as a liaison between the company and its customers, fostering positive relationships and promoting brand loyalty. Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and clear communication. This position will also serve as a Cylinder Dispenser Operator who is responsible for safely filling and dispensing propane into DOT-compliant cylinders and other approved containers, following Texas LP-Gas Safety Rules. The applicant must complete and pass an 8-hour course covering the proper filling and handling of ASME motor/mobile fuel containers, appurtenances, DOT cylinders, and dispenser operations.
