Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
- Guide users through the website and Training Search function.
- Provide accurate information about available programs and resources.
- Document interactions, follow up on pending requests, and escalate complex issues to internal teams.
- Gather user feedback and contribute to improvements in customer experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in customer-facing customer service or customer support roles.
