Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative, Customer Care Executive, or Customer Support Specialist.
The role handles customer communication, issue resolution, service follow-up, feedback monitoring, and customer account administration.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information on products, services, and order status.
- Handle complaints and escalation issues.
- Track interactions in the CRM system and follow up on resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams on technical or delivery issues.
- Guide customers through processes and maintain service levels.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest customer experience improvements.
- Support basic administrative tasks related to customer accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer experience skills.
- Experience in customer support, customer satisfaction, escalation handling, and follow-up communication.
- Customer-facing experience is preferred, particularly in industrial, logistics, or energy sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
