Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients as a Customer Service Representative or Call Center Agent.
The role requires strong communication, problem-solving ability, and a professional demeanor.
Workplace and Compensation
- The work location is in person.
- The stated pay is AED 3,750 per month.
- The role requires nine hours of duty.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
Requirements
- Tagalog-speaking capability is required.
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center or similar environment is required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability are required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment is required.
- Immediate availability to join is required.
